Managing Your Playback: Subscription FAQ


How do I pause my "Rotation"?

Going out of town or need to take a break? No problem. You can pause your subscription at any time through your Artist Dashboard (Customer Account). Just make sure to hit "Pause" at least 48 hours before your next scheduled bake date to ensure our kitchen team hasn't already started your "session."


Can I change my "Tempo" (Frequency)?

Absolutely. If you find you’re finishing your cookies faster than expected or need to slow things down, you can switch between Monthly, Fortnightly, and Weekly drops within your account settings. If you have trouble, reach out to us to help you get things sorted.


How do I cancel my "Contract"?

We’d hate to see you go off the charts, but we make it easy to leave. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or "early exit" fees. Once canceled, you will receive any remaining boxes you have already been billed for, and no further charges will occur.


When will I be billed?

Your "subscription fee" is processed on the same date you placed your initial order each month. For example, if you joined the Heavy Rotation on the 15th, your next "payment drop" will be the 15th of the following month.


Can I swap the "Soul Standard" for a Tribute Box?

Our subscriptions are currently dedicated to our Standard and Genre boxes. However, subscription members receive 24-hour Early Access links via email for all limited-edition tribute drops (like the Assembled Heart box) so you can add them to your order before they sell out!

Return & Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our cookies are baked-to-order, perishable, and feature custom-designed elements, we have a strict refund policy to cover the cost of ingredients and labor already allocated to your set.


1. Cancellation & Refund Deadlines

  • 14+ Days Before Pickup: Full refund (minus a 3% payment processing fee).

  • 7–13 Days Before Pickup: 50% refund. At this stage, ingredients and packaging materials have already been secured for your order.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Pickup: No refunds or cancellations. Your order is considered "in production," and all materials have been utilized.


2. Limited-Edition Packages

The "Limited-Edition" portion of your order includes custom-manufactured packaging. Once the order window closes, this portion of the payment is non-refundable, even if the cookie order is cancelled. You will receive a refund for your cookie portion of the order.


3. Unclaimed Orders (The "No-Show" Policy)

  • Cookies are fresh products and are best enjoyed immediately.

  • If you do not pick up your order on your scheduled date, we will hold it for 12-24 hours only.

    • Products with special or time-sensitive ingredients may not last the 12-24 hour period. In these cases, these cookies will be replaced with a standard or genre cookie.

  • After 24 hours, the order will be considered abandoned to ensure food safety. No refunds or replacements will be issued for unclaimed orders.


4. Quality & Satisfaction

We take immense pride in our "tactical" designs and flavors.

  • Variations: Every cookie is a handmade work of art. Slight variations in color (like the "army green" shards or "burnin' blue" ganache) are normal and part of the creative process.

  • Issues: If there is a major defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 12 hours of pickup with a photo of the product and description of the issue so we can make it right.
